  • An employee with an A1C of 7.6, not currently on medication, qualifies for the program. The employer agrees to cover 100% of the GLP-1 medication costs for one year, contingent on the employee attending weekly nutrition coaching and monthly fitness sessions.

    Furthermore, they need to achieve a daily step target of 10,000. If the employee reduces the frequency of coaching to monthly and logs 7,000-10,000 steps daily, the discount on GLP-1 medications decreases to 80%.

  • An employee with an BMI of 30 sets a goal for a BMI of 24. They work with the coach each month to set nutrition and fitness goals and monitor activity levels every month.

    Furthermore, the employee sets a daily step target of 10,000. If the employee gets to goal, employers reward employee with points that can be converted to Gift cards, prizes, etc. to encourage them to keep working towards their goals
